There is something going on in this country that is bothering me. I am a veteran of the USAF and I am currently a full time student. I am 100% finanacially dependent on my wife. I own a home in Maryland and I posses a MD driver&#39;s license, voter registration card, and my vehicle is registered in MD. My beef is the fact that I can&#39;t receive in-state tuition because I was attending a university in a different state (NCSU) at the time that I applied to the my current university (UMBC).
