Many people contest that the future of professional fighting is in mixed martial arts, such as the UFC, and Pride, while pugilistic purists state that MMA is a fad, and it will never overpower the boxing world. It is with this that I ask any boxer to step into the cage, or ring with a MMA fighter, and we will see for ourselves.
Stars for both sides of this debate have given rise to their respective backgrounds such as Randy "The Natural" Couture and Floyd Mayweather in MMA and Boxing respectively. I recently read an article that Mayweather is training to take this battle, no news on who his opponent will be, but I am sure that the Pay-per-View revenue alone will be more than enough to make it lucrative for all parties involved.
It is with the rise in popularity, and my own somewhat disturbed fascination with the sports, that I am launching my own line of fight wear. I am currently sponsoring a local MMA fighter by the name of Victor "The Sniper" O'Donnell, who is currently undefeated in the middleweight division of I.C.E. My plans for this are simple, make enough money with the fight wear to help sponsor fighters who would previously be unable to afford the training it takes to reach the pinnacle.
Designs are currently underway, and we will roll out the first line most likely by mid year. Also, there is a website dedicated to this in production as well, and I will post it here upon it's completion. I plan on keeping everything local to this area (Greater Cincinnati), so if you like what you see, ands want to keep our economic dollars in our hometown, buy a few shirts, they are going to be fantastic.
